Following a commission from a commercial developer, IPT successfully obtained planning permission at appeal for this development of ten high-specification apartments.
The three-bedroom apartments each have a floor area of 150 m2. Being in a generous secluded site, the project has been designed to be sympathetic to the surroundings; the scale, massing and materiality of the scheme have all been carefully considered. The project is at the detailed design stage and works are due to start shortly.
