Arley Hill project is an extension to a listed grade 2 Georgian House and accommodates a home office and gym space. The extension is partly sunk into the ground matching the height of the existing fence line and is in response to the various levels on site. One will enter the building from the lower terrace level creating a nice flow between the building and the existing terrace area. This has a much lower impact to the Georgian house and to its existing surrounding which also assisted with planning.
