Various architecture firms had been asked to prepare designs for the development of this site, but all the proposals were refused planning consent. IPTA were then commissioned to work to the same brief and we successfully obtained planning permission.
The project replaces a redundant public house on a corner site with nine apartments and ground floor retail space. Due to the corner site location, strategic privacy issues and rights of light for the surrounding buildings had to be addressed. The build of this project has now been completed.
