IPT Architects is an award winning RIBA Chartered practice and its energetic studio is located in a central London mews. IPTA works at all scales from furniture design to residential, education, commercial and public projects, and we have a diverse portfolio of completed work. The practice was founded in 2003 by Amira Idris-Town and Lee Town to deliver projects that respond to social, economic and environmental issues. Our aim is always to deliver projects on budget and on time without compromising on the quality of the design. We work with private, commercial and public sector clients and have wide experience of working on projects in diverse locations, from tight urban spaces to controversial rural sites. We are experienced in maximising development opportunities and in negotiating planning consents for sensitive sites. Our design emerges from close examination of the qualities of the site and its context whilst creating a contemporary and sustainable building embodying high quality design and craftsmanship. Ultimately, every building we create is designed to make people’s life better.
